Felt toys cannot be washed.

To clean, use a lint brush to gently remove dust and debris.

For disinfection and to refresh the mobile, use a steamer, which helps eliminate allergens and keeps the toy feeling fresh.

All products are made to order, and the processing time is typically 7-14 days from the date of purchase. If you need the item urgently, please feel free to contact me directly to discuss expedited options.

At the top of the mobile there is a ring for which the mobile is attached to the mobile holder, music box or a rope.  If you want the mobile to spin and have a melody, then buy a music box that is attached to the mobile holder. I would advise buying a holder that rotates and on which you can adjust the height for the mobile. Also choose a mobile holder with a rubber pad on the crib mount so that the holder will be securely fixed and will not slip.

The mobile should not spin all the time, but rather, so that the baby can focus on the toys and examine them.  It is also important that the mobile does not hang over the baby's head, but should be at an angle of 45, so that the baby looks at the mobile directly and a little far away.

Please ensure that the mobile is kept out of reach of little hands!

• Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items must be returned in original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
